She had babies 2 weeks ago and I had to seperate them because I think he killed the last litter when they were born, so I pulled him out this time. At what age can the baby bunnies be before I no longer have to worry about him hurting them.

When they are full grown. It is true that the male does kill off his babbies and if he doesn't kill them he could probably injure them. You should really never put the male in with his babies because, when they are young and helpless, the father could kill or injure them like I said before and when they mature and get older, the father can actualy mate with his own daughters and will still try to kill off the males. So, it is never a good idea to put the father in with the babbies. They should just stay with thier mother and they will be good. I hope you have another cage to put the father in. If you don't , you can buy a rabbit cage for about 30 dollars at Petsmart or Petco. Hope I helped.

I relatively have 2 bunnies too a million female a million boy... we purely got here across that they had babies final saturday...dont placed your infant bunnies on a similar cage with the male rabbit....he will kill them relatively if theyre small, he might step on them .... possibly approximately 2 mre weeks then in case you think of theyre sufficiently massive you are able to placed them interior the cage then.....wish it helped!!!!

You will actually never be able to do it. Let me explain. Male rabbits and rabbits in general are extremely territorial. Therefore you cannot put a male rabbit with another male as they would fight (even to death). If you put the male rabbit with another female, well, we know what happens. Once the little ones are about 3-4months old they will be pretty close to their adult size and therefore will be able to defend themselves but do you really want a fight between father and son or a mating between father and daughter? A bit tricky this one.

get that mama spayed! poor thing had two litters, ones who were eaten. you can get rabbits spayed for a small amount of money. You should probably wait 5 - 7 weeks for the babies to be weaned to put the dad back in. Get him neutered too.
