Along with the list of nine drugs found in her system, Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy report also bizarrely reveals that her "anus is unremarkable."

In the eight page report obtained by TMZ, Dr. Perper describes, in detail, the condition of Anna's body.

The report lists every mark on Anna's body, even tattoos. Smith's body art included the words "Daniel" and "Papas," a pair of red lips, a Playboy bunny, a combination of a Christ head, a bible, a naked women's torso and a smiling Marilyn Monroe among others.

On a positive note, Anna's fingernails and toenails were both listed as "clean."

The inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son has officially just begun.

Howard K. Stern's attorney challenged the use of a jury to hear the case. The jury can recommend criminal prosecution if they believe Daniel's death was a homicide.

We're told hospital employees will be among the first witnesses, however, Larry Birkhead is scheduled to testify today or tomorrow. TMZ knows that Birkhead was aware of Daniel's drug use while he lived in Los Angeles. Birkhead will also testify that Stern and Anna Nicole knew that Daniel had a drug problem.

Daniel died as a result of a methadone cocktail just days after his mom gave birth to Dannielynn. The key to the inquest is exactly how Daniel got hold of the drugs that killed him.

MIAMI, March 26 — An accidental prescription drug overdose killed Anna Nicole Smith last month, the medical examiner who performed her autopsy said Monday.

Dr. Joshua A. Perper, the Broward County medical examiner, said he found traces of many drugs in Ms. Smith’s body, including muscle relaxants, pain relievers like methadone and several anti-anxiety medicines. Dr. Perper described her cause of death as combined drug intoxication, the primary drug being the potent sedative chloral hydrate.

An intestinal flu and a bacterial infection, possibly from an injection with a contaminated needle, were contributing factors, Dr. Perper said during a news conference in Dania Beach. No illegal drugs were found in her system.

========As to the why, we will probably never know. The loss of a child is the worst loss a person can experience and her son died just before she did. And she was obsessed with Marilyn Monroe, many have speculated she wanted to die like her. Personally, I think it is tragic.

Overdose. They found that she had 10 different types of pills in her, and some of them had the same ingredients which in turn caused her to have too much of some stuff.
