I HAVE TO WRITE A COMPLAINT LETTER!
ANY ONE HAVE AN IDEA TO WHOM SHOULD I WRITE IT TO?

First thing you need to consider is what you're complaining about, and why. Next, who would be able to effect the most positive, forward motion? When you figure those two things out, you should be able to tell who to write it it. Remember to use correct grammar, don't be inflammatory, try not to use all caps, do your best to be as professional as possible and keep a relatively positive outlook on the situation. If you write a letter (at least the first letter) that is accusatory and inflammatory, you will not get the results you're looking for. It is very likely the letter will be thrown in the trash without the intended audience giving it a second thought. Make sure you are calm when you write, that will help you express yourself clearly without offending your audience. I hope this helps.
