They sure do, although they are covered up by feathers. All birds legs are divided into an upper segment like your thigh, the middle segment like you shin bone and a foot. They have knee caps that function just like ours. They waddle because there element is water instead of air. Their legs are perfect for water though!

No, trust me I would know my little sister LOVES!! Penguins and she studies them a lot also, she brings them up at dinner when my mom is talking.
