It's common in teenagers. You're probablly feeling a little stressed or something. School, parents, friends, boyfriends, work maybe. If you feel like being alone, then have some alone time to yourself. You sound like you need it. Relax for a long time in a bubble bath or go for a walk in the woods or something. That always helped me as a teen, but everyone is different. Just don't get any bad ideas for it's the stupid way out of things. I hope you find something that works for you and helps relieve some dpression. You may want to go to the doctor just be safe for you may be suffering from something severe. Good luck!

You're okay, don't worry about it. Everyone gets depressed. I have been very depressed for about a week now. Just ask people to leave you alone and do something that makes you relaxed and happy. I listen to my music and/or go for runs around my neighborhood. If that doesnt help you out than you need to find the reason why you are depressed. When you find the problem, work on it and try to make everything better because depression sucks.

you are OK hunny everyone gets depressed i was in the same spot you are in for about 6 months and i hate to say this but tons of people get in your same spot and its your fault it was mine to
it sucks to here that but you have to see what you do have and try changing the way you think instead of waking up in the morning and saying crap i hate waking up try saying today is going to be a good day i had a friend tell me to do that and i just about socked him but i tried it for a month and i also tried to think positive for one month and i thought it wasn't working at first but after a while i started to feel better
i mean what is it going to hurt and why would you want to feel depressed when you could try something really small to make yourself feel better
try it Hun
and if it gets worse then go and talk to your parents you might have a chemical imbalance if that idea doesn't work then there are pills to help you

I had that exact day many times before and it always seems
to land about one week before my period starts. I mean I hate the world and everyone sucks. It will pass best thing to do is get fresh air and get some rest things will look better tomorrow.

You are probably OKAY. My friend has this happen to her a lot. I do it do sometimes. It is just the way you are. I feel depressed a lot sometimes to. ITS OKAY YOUR OKAY. Just sit down quietly listen to music, read a book or watch you fave movie or TV show. that ALWAYS helps...but if you start tinking about killing yourself then we have a serious problem on our hands...

Don't worry. I'm sure this happens to a lot of people, it happens to me. I dunno why, but when bad things happen, they snowball throughout the day, so not only one bad things happen, but they just pile up, so you feel like your have the WORST day ever. Don't worry, I'm sure this'll pass. Every girl goes through this (I'm sure). Some days I jus feel so...how do I explain it... SOLIFKds3698HW!!! (if that makes sense lol) and than the next day I'm all happy.

A couple things to try to help you.
Get away, get fresh air, relax.
Get a journal to write in and help get out those feelings.
Get some of your friends together and have a good time. No worries.

Dont worry about It.This is just a faze people go through.And well I am kind of going through this too.So you just have to try your best to keep yourself up.Im sure things will get better soon :)

you'll be ok. sometimes we just need time to "decompress". That could mean time alone, or getting an opportunity to vent. Sometimes (and it helps me) i'll look in the mirror and make crazy faces, or pretend that im accepting an award for ... i dunno world peace, its a offbeat way to get me laughing, and back into good spirits
