I have read parts of it. But I feel that reading more books expands vocabulary more easily. When we see a word in context, we then see its function. Otherwise, reading a dictionary just comes down to having good memory.

Not the entire one, but I find it interesting to browse in an Unabridged from time to time. And yes, it helps.
