No... with todays new things and todays technology... you will need much more.... I have 70GB in my PC and I think thats low.... Most people, including myself, would be happy with 250GB.... but you can start with 100GB and upgrade if needed....
New programs, games, media, keep going up in size and complexity making them heavy for your computer... then people will need more hard drive space as new things come out...
