not possible. You need to be under 8% body fat for you're abs to show. If you can't see them right now, you wont be able to in a week. You can try for about a month, lower your fat and sodium intake, do cardio, diet, crunches, leg lifts... and other weight lifting, it will help you burn the fat faster.

The quickest way to get abs is to watch your diet, and do enough aerobic workouts. Everyone has abs, but the fat hides them. Once you can actually see them by getting rid of the fat it'll take way more than a week and lots of sit ups, leg lifts, etc. before you'll see changes in the muscles. Keep at it and you'll see results.
