I saw a question that was similar like this but was only answered about if a team has ever been shut out in a game. So I saw a team that was held to 69 points but I don't know if that was the lowest score.

Before the shot clock was invented they had the thing called a "four corner" offense. They would just get in the four corners of the court and pass it around and take huge chunks off the clock and shoot when the opponent didn't expect it. Scores used to be like 4-2.

actually it was 18 but the shot clock wasn't invented then
