Jefferson. He was essentially a Libertarian. FDR was basically the opposite.

I would definitely pick FDR. I think he was the greatest President our country has ever had. He came into a time of such chaos and disarray, and he was the single thing that I believe got this country through not only World War II, but also through the worst financial crisis of our nation, and was able to restore balance and leave us in a position of strength unlike any other. After that point, no one questioned the power of the US in the world. Him leading us into establishing international peacekeeping mediums to keep open communications between nations, he was just incredible, which is why he won four terms in office. While Thomas Jefferson was a great Founder of this country, I just feel like the bravery and intellect that it took to handle the situations that FDR took on mean more to the legacy of the continuation of the US than just founding the beginnings of the country.

The vote in 2008, for me as of now, probably Hillary Clinton, but I'm open to seeing what other people will emerge in the race. There are so many promising candidates, on both sides, that the direction that forms after the primaries will really solidify my direction.

Of those two it would more likely be FDR as he is more modern in thought. While Jefferson was universal in thinking for his time he was a slave owner and I can not abide that.

I have not decided for 08 as no one has yet been selected by their parties to run.

Well im going to have to go with the Jefferson.

Why are you asking me who I will vote for in an election more than a year away when there will be more people jump into the race in months to come.
