What terrorists? Al qaeda was created by the CIA to fight communism. Ever wonder why we haven't captured or killed an evil caveman living in a third world country(osama), and yet we easily defeated an entire army and hanged their dictator. Osama and Al qaeda aren't outside enemies, they aren't even enemies, just tools the United States uses to justify acts of aggression towards countries that have resources we want and don't want other countries acquiring. George W. Bush is very insignificant when it comes to terrorism, and the president has always been, and always will be a figure head. Any president we elect will have virtually no effect on the security of the United States.

I don't know if America will be powerless or not. I do think that if certain people, most of them Democrats by the way, win the White House in the next election America will see the terrorists renew their efforts to bring more terror acts to American soil (and succeed).

America has been powerless ever since that pansy took office! Bush is the evil terrorist that is responsible for every soldiers death! That LIAR needs to be IMPEACHED!! Our soldiers need to be here protecting the home front not off fighting a war that can't be won.

the evildoers will not gain any more power than the yanks will become less powerful b/c of junior's departure

they might become emboldened just as uncle sam might become jittery and edgy during transition period, regardless of next president

al queda, hamas, hezbollah & even islamic jihad will not be stupid or irrational enough to arrange another 9/11 on u.s. soil or up the ante on insurgent activities on american troops in iraq

relax, mate....it's iran that the west needs to keep in check

Be prepared for attacks within the US when GW finishes his term. The Libs will welcome Al Qaida with open arms and kiss their smelly rear ends and apologize non stop. The thing is, all of these people are still holding grudges since Gore and Kerry lost to GW. They still bleat about how Gores presidency was stolen, even though the rules of the Constitution they claim to love so much is what settled it. I bet they dont even know that.
Liberals are weak on defense and have proven that fact time and time again.
They are totally clueless as to what needs to be done after GW is gone but you can bet your *** they will be blaming him for their own mistakes long after hes gone.

When Bush is no longer President then that's one terrorist down to start with. If you want to worry about terrorists, perhaps start a war with them next time rather than picking a convienient scapegoat.

Heh. The US is ALREADY powerless against those "evil" terrorists!

Why wait till Bush is gone--when we can already see the results of his failed foreign policy measures? lol
