Get some good stuff maybe? Mine always wears off. I suggest just bringing some with you wherever you are then slipping off to the bathroom halfway through the day and fixing it. Try researching it on Google but I doubt there is anything you can do.

Well the first thing is to not to were allot of eye shadow and do not get it wet. Plus put eyeliner on it sticks. You can also put the transparent eye gel on than put the shadow on.

first, i would buy eyeliner that says on it that it's water-proof/smudge-proof. second, if that doesn't work well enough, before you put on any makeup, put on a thin layer of powder foundation on your eyes where you're going to put on makeup.
last, to be extra careful, just keep a compact mirror, just in case.
