What do newspapers like La Times, NY Time and Chicago Tribune usually lean toward, Republican or Democrat. Please give an anwer for each individual newspaper and please add some more big time newspapers to the list along with their biases. Also if you can please list names of public national polls.

Newspapers endorse candidates. Those endorsements reflect their stands on issues in between elections. You seem to imply that newspapers news coverage reflects those stands. I have heard those charges before, but I haven't observed an valid evidence to support the allegations.
