Predict the consequences of having the following conditions develop in a muscle in response to a stimulus:

A. Na+ ions cannot enter the skeletal muscle fiber

B. inadequate ATP is present in the muscle fiber before a stimulus is applied

C. Adequate ATP is present within the muscle fiber, but action potential occur at a frequency so great that calcium is not transported back into the sarcoplasmic reticulum between individual action potentials.

A. Without Na+ in the skeletal muscle fiber the normal cytosolic membrane potential would not be maintained and the neuronal action potential could not influence Ca++ to initiate muscle fiber contraction.

B. Without ATP the Myosin thick filaments can not "walk" along the Actin thin filaments and the muscle fiber can not contract.
C.The increase in cytosolic Ca++ concentration in response to action potential induces muscle fiber contraction so an inability to reduce this concentration by Ca++ transport back into the SR would result in the muscle fiber not relaxing between action potential pulses.

Low weight and extreme reps can provide a lean seem and facilitates with muscle staying power. extreme weight and occasional reps provide you a greater, bulkier seem and provides your muscle tissue extra uncooked capability.
