No, my kids deserve privacy as much as everyone else. Besides, they also need to know the consequences of their actions. For my minor kids I should be aware that it is my job as a mom to know where they are at all times. There are other means of doing this besides implanting a gps which I believe violates their rights.
Best,
G

No WAY! While it may be helpful in the worst situations, I believe that implantation is a risk and a violation of anyone's rights.

I think that it would be ok to consider while a child is young but to also give them the option when they are of age to have it removed. It would seem creepy to me to be an adult with one.

As the child is young I would consider having one attached. But as they mature and gain responsibility, I would remove it.

It's a religious thing ... lol ... anyway if it was available, safe & can be taken out at anytime - I'd probably debate over it with my hubby ... then go from there ... !

I don't have children yet; but if it was a free/inexpensive and safe option for my children I would do it.
