You don't say what you do when you workout. If you can workout the same muscles everyday you're not working out hard enough. You should be sore for a day or 2 after working out, during that time don't use the sore muscles. You can work out every day if you do like arms one day, then legs, then something else. You just have to find the schedule that works for you.

I do it all the time. I take creatine before I workout and my weight increases over my workout. I do about 3 exercises per body part. Monday is my chest and legs day. I do flat bench, incline bench and decline bench. For legs I do squats, deadlifts and lunges. Sometimes I substitute leg curls and extensions for lunges. I lift heavy so I usually rest at least 2-3 minutes in between sets so my chest and legs day usually takes me around an hour and a half to two hours. I don't see how you could get a good workout in less than an hour.

Its okay to work out everyday however give each muscle group 2 days rest then do it again. I do biceps triceps on monday then chest shoulder back on tuesday then legs wed. then after all this i repeat for the next half of the week and take sunday off. this allows your muscles to stay tight but still have time to build up. also if you work out this much take in a ALOt of protein to keep muscles from decreasing in size.

i actually tried this once, and i found that the amount of weight i could lift was slowly decreasing. Which means it was probably not enough time for the muscles to repair themselves. Try every other day, i.e. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. You can only effectively lift every day if u start juicin'

you don't say what you mean by "work out". if you lift weights, you need to work out every other day. you could do upper body one day and lower body the next. any other exercise, like aerobics, should be done every day for at least 30 minutes.
