When my kids school ask me to do something I allway say yes why I can not say no to anyone.

Practice saying no at home in front of a mirror or something. Find that self confidence in you and just say no, thank you. If you always say yes, kids will think of you as a pushover and will keep on asking you to do things for them. You need to have some self respect, and by saying no, you will gain respect from others as well.
