You can't prove her wrong if that is her belief. The only way I have been able to assist others that I was right and they were wrong is to document all conversations on paper, or carry a tiny recorder so you both can hear yourselves.

You either probably have a rocky relationship or shes crazy, if you have a rocky relationships, try to hang out with her, do the fun stuff, and let her know that you appreciate her, and also make it like shes in control of everything you do, once she thinks she can make you do anything she wants, she will stop worrying, or if that doenst work confront her and say plain and simple, "Why do you think I'm agasint you?"

Your mother might be delusional or suffering from paranoia. If you are a child living with a person who is suffering from one of these conditions, you should seek help from a trustworthy adult. Paranoia can be a serious issue. Are there any other adults around who could help you make the judgement call of whether she has psychological issues?
Good luck.

Tell her the truth. Then leave her alone. She will realize her mistakes with time. Time punishes everything.
