I'm just wondering what it's like.

I worked for EB for 7 years and the only times that I looked forward to working there were on Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Madden Day, and the launch of a new console. Unfortunately, the location of the stores I worked in did not bring in many customers nor anyone who was interested in buying anything. Honestly, Gamestop expects alot out of its employees; however, they do not compensate their employees properly. The only things they expect you to do is to push presells and the Game Informer magazine subscriptions. Basically, if you do not meet your quotas, they will either cut your hours back or replace you.

Sometimes it can be pretty laid back place to work. When we had tournaments it would get really busy but it was fun job to have.
