something you go through
its hard too explain really after your periods you hit the stage of the menopause, you have night sweats, period stops, hormones run wild, once you hit that yo cant conceive ie: have any more children as you stop producing eggs which stop you conceiving etc etc

It happens when a women hits her 50's. It is when periods stop and she can no longer have children.
