IF Napolean had F-16 jets AND the pilots to use them... the outcome would've probably been the same.
I know it sounds ridiculous, but hear me out.
The battle of Waterloo was fought with massive armies under a seriously overcast sky with cannons and muskets firing very smokey black powder.
F-16's have anti-personel munitions, but they are limited in effect and are used mostly for precision strikes. We call in the B-52's for the kind of strikes that would do serious damage to the thousands. And the pecision munitions effectiveness would be limited by the overcast sky and smoke (sorry, no laser guided weapons working in that soup).

Then it's likely that the allies would have had them, too. And since Napolean was facing overwhelming force, it's likely that he would have been crushed instead of merely defeated...
