I know for a fact that I snore on occasion. I've woken myself up snoring before. And I've been told by good friends that I sometimes snore quietly.
As for passing gas in my sleep, well, I'm human aren't I? I fart and burp like anyone else. Any person (male or female) who says they don't is a complete liar. So I don't know for sure if I fart in my sleep, but I'm sure I have at some point.

my wife passes gas in her sleep!...It's freakin scary sometimes! She sleep talks too!
One time she sat straight up in the bed, said my name and ripped one! I laughed so hard I woke her up.
