Well I've recently found out that most of the SSRI anti-depressants are under a class C level for use during pregnancy. Basically they haven't done enough studies on these medications to actually know if they have any effect on a fetus. As with other medications there are always risks especially when it comes to pregnancy. Talk to your doctor and they can help you weigh out the risks. If you have severe depression it may be better for you and your baby to stay on medication.

Yes, you can take them while pregnant, however, it is always best to avoid medications while pregnant. Sertraline can cause withdrawal symptoms in a newborn baby, so use in the third trimester is often discouraged. I have, however, known many women who took sertraline throughout their pregnancies and delivered very normal, healthy babies. You really should talk to your doctor about all of your options however. Good luck to you.

Yes you can. Those 44 million sperm somehow find a way. It has absolutely nothing to do with your reproductive system. Check with a pharmacist for drug questions too, you can remain anonymous.
