i know there is an opposite i heard it on a quiz show on bbc4 a few weeks ago but i forget what it is called and i'm not sure where i can find out. thanks

How about the Real Name. Since euphimisum is usually another word for something, the opposite should be the objects real name.

Dysphemism.

Of course, 'straight talk' or 'crude term' also work, and have the advantage of most people understanding what you mean. ;)
