I was dating a girl for other 5 years and had broke up with her because she cheated on me and became pregnant... The thing is that she didnt tell me tell the baby was two months old that she might not be mine.... The out come of it was that she wasnt but Im on the birth certificate as her father.... Im in a new relationship and am vary happy but she says that she is going to make my life a living hell for not taking care of the baby, shes doing everything in her power to mess my relationship up... She said if I dont give her full rights to the baby she will keep the **** going on... I want to give her all rights cause shes not mine and I see myself starting a family of my own with my new girl.... what should I do in all of your apinions????

Fight it!!! Take her to court and have your name removed from the BC. If she doesnt, then sue her for harassment and get a restraining order on her @ss

Legally she doesn't have a leg to stand on in making you miserable unless you let her. You weren't married when the child was born, and you said DNA testing was done and the results proved you weren't the father. You can go to family court if she doesn't stop harassing you and the court can order the DNA results be presented into evidence. Then it is a legal public record and she will have to harass the real father through the court for the support of the child.

is this larry birkhead? get a paternity test, besides it really up to the court & the state, they may not let u bailout, get a lawyer before u make urself look like a dummy or a chump, then she'll have everything and the kid may not even be yours, also call police file harassment charges, be prepared for the worst since your name is on the birth certificate,
