So that means that because I feel cold a lot of times that I have a bad blood circulation?
I'm thin and try not to eat too much junk food.
So, what, does that mean it's better to feel hot all the time?
At my job, my one colleague feels always hot and that means I have to wear layers of clothing. I just don't get it how anybody could possibly feel hot all the time.
She's medium height (5'6) and just a little overweight.

The thyroid controls metabolism and how hot you feel. I used to feel cold and always had the heat high. Everybody was warmer then me. I then was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which means the thyroid wasn't working hard enough. I then took pills to make it normal. Now I'm hot all the time. Most people who are cold don't have hypothyroidism. But the thyroid is your temperature regulator.

I am also slim at 5' 10'and 145 lbs(male) and feel cold a lot of the time when others are comfortable. Several of the other slim people I know also tend to be cold. I have read in various places where anxiety and other forms of stress can make you cold when others are not. Some gastrointestinal disorders can also have you feeling cold as well as insufficient sleep and exercise.

A lot has to do with motabulism, the size of the person, how good their hart and viens are , and excercise. I'm a tall skinny runt, Bad circulation and usually cold. The wife is short , ample, younger and eats junk food . She' s hotter than a wood stove. Almost wish I could can it and heat the place in the winter.
