1. Don't use that. It slows the PSP down a LOT.
2. Go to: http://www.psphowtos.co.nr/ . They have Windows Vista for free. I have it on my PSP and you don't need internet to go on it (you need it to load the page to run it).

You know, in order to do that, you need a homebrew enabled PSP. This will invlove downgrade your PSP to 1.50.

But since you are not fluent in geekish, I don't think you should try downgrading because if you make any mistake, your PSP will be completely useless.

PS: The "Windows Vista" the first guy talks about is not real Windows Vista, it's a flash application that looks like Windows Vista.

any windows will slow down your PSP majorly, I suggest you try installing a very thin Linux distribution, as it is very light on resources it wont be very slow (it wont be ultra speedy either but it will be faster than windows...this is a PSP we are talking about here)

I dont know the availability of Linux for a PSP but it is free (as is the nature of Linux) and there is most likely a distribution of it that is designed for PSPs and a guide out there somewhere so there is a good chance it will do exactly what you are looking for
