yes, you could have a kidney infection, a urinary tract infection, or kidney stones. blood can be present in your urine without you actually seeing it, at least not like when you cut yourself or something, but your urine will be darker and sometimes cloudy. you could also have pyleonephritis, which is an infection of the kidneys, bladder, and nephrons. you should see your doctor soon, especially if you have a fever.

When ever i have had a kidney infection its been in my lower back. It can make you pee alot and there can be some blood in it. Same with a bladder infection. But ive never had kidney stones. You could just have a bad case of a kidney infection if its in your leg and rib cage. Or it just might be something else. Just check with your doctor. Good Luck!!!

Feeling sick to the stomach (nausea) and vomiting.
Blood in the urine (hematuria), which can occur either with stones that stay in the kidney or with those that travel through the ureters.
Frequent and painful urination, which may occur when the stone is in the ureter or after the stone has left the bladder and is in the urethra. Painful urination may occur when a urinary tract infection is also present.
Fever.

Sounds like a blockage to me!!! I would get some Metamucil and also call a doc. There really is not anything on the left side to be to concerned about. It could be kidney's but you do not have blood. It also could be gas. Try some of the things I told you. If it does not help go to the ER right away!
