alright, it took me a while to get this technique, so I will try to describe it the best I can. If you are right handed, after washing the contact with solution put it on your right index finger while opening your eye with your two middle fingers. Try to look up with your eye still wide open and lightly put it on the lower part of your eye where it will go under your bottom lid. If it keeps going inside out when you try to put it in, retry the process being a little less rough. Try to blink as soon as at least half of the contact is on the bottom part of your eye--that usually flips the rest of it right in. It takes a lot of practice, so be patient and work on your method. Good Luck!

You Do what eye do with the fingers, but 1st I discovered that if your eye is moister than it normaly is the contact lense sticks to it easier. You do this by putting Either your Rewetting Eye drops in your eye, or your Contact lens solution. After you have your eye nice and moist. Do what you normaly do, but this time once you have the contact on your eye DONT BLINK!!! Cause when you blink suddenly thats what messes you up. Let it sit there and blink slowly. Anoter thing is that when you put the contact on your eye make sure you give it some pressure to get rid of the air bubbles, because the more air bubbles it has the more likely it is gonna come off when you blink.

Good Luck I Hope that Helps.

If you are new to contacts, it might take a few hit and misses. Close the eye that you are putting in your contact. Put your thumb on the bootom lid, your pointer on the top lid (same hand- probably the left) and spread open your eyes as wide as possible. With the right pointer finger, place the contact in the center of the eye as flat as possible.

when you get the lense on your eye, pull the eyelid outward and then close your eye.
