Insert the disk that it came with and then reboot. Then follow the directions on the screen.

Get your OS disks and change your BIOS settings so that your computer checks to CD-ROM drive before the hard drive. Then, stick the OS cd in the drive and start up your computer. When it asks if you want to boot to that disk, press a key. Go through the steps of reinstalling your OS and when it asks what you want to do about your hard drive. Select "Format NTFS Full". That will format your computer.

what os are you running xp or 98
with win 98 boot from a win98 boot floppy and at the A:> type "format c:\" press enter then just keep saying yes when it gives you a warning until it starts to format
with win xp boot from the cd when it's loaded you can choose to format and install
