If you're on the pill and suspect pregnancy...can you still get your period???

Yes you can still get your period, but it's not likely. The pill is only about 97% effective, so I would suggest that if you had any questions then you should take a test.

I was on the pill for over a year when I got pregnant and I had regular periods through my 10th week.

I think the chances of all three happening at the same time are slim. But with pregnancy, literally anything can happen.
