There are tons. My favorites are: "baby" where everyone wears a diaper pin and if someone says "baby" they lose their pin. The person who catches them takes the pin. Whoever has the most pins at the end, wins. And the rice game (I don't know what it's called) You fill a bowl with rice and put a bunch of those tiny gold safety pins in it. Everyone gets 30 seconds blindfolded to see how many pins they can find in the rice.

take some little clothe pieces and fold them like a diaper and safety pin them together then in one squirt chocolate in the middle and fold it back up everyone gets a diaper and then unwrap them whoever has the "soiled" one wins. Write down the babys name on every ones piece of paper and in a minute see how many words everyone can come up with. fill a baby bottle up with candycorn or jelly beans or some small candy and guess the amount. take a phone a diaper bag a baby doll and a few other items and have everyone holding them all at once and see who can change the baby while holding the stuff and talking on the "phone"

My absolute favorite baby shower game is the one where you melt 10 different candy bars in separate diapers, and then everyone has to guess what kind of candy bar it is... which requires smelling or tasting what looks like an extremely messy diaper. Great for entertaining!

every guest choses a length of ribbon that they think will perfectly fit wrapped around the largest area of the pregnant mommy's tummy. the person's ribbon that measures up closest wins.
fill a baby bottle full of gumballs or mints - whoever guesses closest to the number of items in the bottle wins.

Give all of your guests a piece of paper and have them put the alphabet down one side. Then give them 5-10 minutes( you decide) to list names. A-Anna, B-Bailey, C-Cora-D-Daphney. You can also have someone write the first words that came from your Mom to Be's mouth when she opened up her presents and reread it back to her and her father to be. That's always a good laugh.

I've heard of one, if the baby is yet to be born. You guess the width of the expecting mothers stomach, measure, than win prizes.

ummm.... when io go to baby showers, they played this poop game where you would: put CHOC. MINI candy bars in a dipper and heat in the microwave, till it looks like poop. but givr them the names of the candy bars.they are allowed to sniff and touch but NO TASTING...
