If I'm really angry or upset, I use what I call "Nine Inch Nails therapy". Contrary to popular belief, Trent's music actually calms me down because he seems more miserable than I am. I also listen to "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" by U2 because it always puts me in a good mood. Rage Against the Machine is good if I'm feeling political.

Usually when I am down in the dumps, or even taking a dump, I listen to any Tangerine Dream album from the mid 80's

" Tell Me When To Go" E-40, That is so funny, another person said that. The song really works the beat is on hit, and when Keak Da Sneak comes on you start to get really hypy.

It depends on what I'm down about. If my boyfriends acting up or if he cheated or something, then I listen to Mary J Blige, Keyshia Cole, Ciara "Like A Boy" and Beyonce "To the left, to the left"...

I love listeing to the song, "Mad World"
It was orginally by tears for fears, but Gary Jules remade it for Donnie Darko. It is a GREAT song to listen to, and perfect when you are blue.
