I like many people would love to own a exotic animal if it were to stay a young one. Can they keep dogs puppies, cats kittens, or bears cubs?

No, and I don't think I'd want them to. There is nothing sweeter or more wonderful than an older dog. They lose their kittenhood or puppyhood and develop wisdom and sweetness that is indescribable. They are also better behaved. All stages of life have their pluses and minuses.

I doubt it. If God wanted animals to stay as babbies, He would have made them that way.

I doubt it. Keep it that size...maybe, but that mentality, I think that would be wrong.
