If you had a tub of super cold ice water, and you heated up a small amount of water to the point where it bubbles, than you emptied the small amount of water into the tub, what would happen? would the cold water bubble? what would be it's physical and chemical reaction?

The small amount of boiling water would heat up the cold ice water until it reached equilibrium and the entire tub of water was the same temperature. Eventually, the cold tub of water will be heated up by ambient air temperatures, so adding the hot water would just expedite the process.
