O.K., so I'm a big Sims fan. I want to know if there is anyone that has a website that teaches you simlish.

Try http://www.wikihow.com/Speak-Simlish Since I've not tried it out I can't say if it works but good luck if it does. Also follow the links at the bottom since they might point you at sites that will give you yet more info.
