1) i can pull the foreskin all the way back pretty easily, but getting it back over the glans is a little more difficult, as it is still pretty tight after i pull it back. will this go away as i do it more?

2) there is a small piece of skin that attaches the foreskin to the underside of the glans. is this normal? will it come apart?

3) the glans are really sensitive, to the point where it hurts to touch them, and no pleasure can be gained while the foreskin is pulled back. will the sensitivity go away? what can i do to fix it?

i'm quite confused, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's not much to worry here; seems like it's getting better. Once it is, it'll be great (I know from experience).

1. Yes. Do it more and it'll slide back more.

2. Yes, that's the frenulum; it's usually very sensitive. You also have a frenulum under your tongue and lips, which prevent the tongue/lips/foreskin from going too far back.

3. That's also from not sliding it back and touching it enough. The more you touch it, the less sensitive it'll get. Eventually it'll turn to all pleasure rather than discomfort. Same thing was with me. Wash it when you shower, gradually more and more each time.

You'll be fine. =) Let me know if you have other questions. Again, this is not an infection. It's just a result of not sliding it back when you were younger. You'll get it used though. =)

The small piece of skin on the underside of the glans is normal, but the supersensitivity to touch is not. Does it have an altered apearance (ex. swollen, red, or other discolorations)? If it is swollen that may be the reason why you have difficulty sliding the foreskin back down over the glans. Uncircumsized penises are more prone to infections than those that are circumsized, due to the fact that the glans is covered most of the time, and infections like to grow in warm, dark places. So it is possible that you may have an infection. I would suggest scheduling an appointment with your doctor, and he can tell you for sure whether or not it is infected, and prescribe something to cure the infection. I will tell you this however. My boyfriends brother had an infection that got so bad he had to have an emergency circumcision. If you do not want to lose your forskin to an infection, I would recommend consulting your doctor as soon as possible.

Yes, it should become easier to return the foreskin over time. If it doesn't some stretching exercises will help.

The piece of skin underneath is the frenulum. It is highly rich in nerve endings, and will give you a lot of sexual pleasure. It is supposed to be there.

Yes, as you mature, the glans will become less sensitive, but it should give you a pleasurable sensation.

You just gotta work at it eventually it will get better and better. Try running a warm bath and pulling it back under water. The first time I pulled it all the way back in the bath I came uncontrollably.
You also need to lube it up, they have special gels and **** but spit works fine for me.

1. If its uncomfortable, don't do it. Speak to a doctor if it's affecting you in any way, best to be on the safe side.

2. Yes, more than normal. It won't come apart, and in common parlance it's known as the banjo string (that last bit is just a joke).

3. Again, see point one. You can't do anything to 'fix' it, go speak to someone qualified. Above all don't worry - from what I've learnt over the years, everyone is slightly different in that area!
