House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, stated, "The jihadists (are) in Iraq. But that doesn't mean we stay there. They'll stay there as long as we're there."

Pelosi would become House speaker if the Democrats win the majority of seats in next week's elections.

WND read Pelosi's remarks to the terror leaders, who unanimously rejected her contention an American withdrawal would end the insurgency.

Islamic Jihad's Saadi, laughing, stated, "There is no chance that the resistance will stop."

He said an American withdrawal from Iraq would "prove the resistance is the most important tool and that this tool works. The victory of the Iraqi revolution will mark an important step in the history of the region and in the attitude regarding the United States."

Jihad Jaara said an American withdrawal would "mark the beginning of the collapse of this tyrant empire (America)."

"Therefore, a victory in Iraq would be a greater defeat for America than in Vietnam."

Jaara said vacating Iraq would also "reinforce Palestinian resistance organizations, especially from the moral point of view. But we also learn from these (insurgency) movements militarily. We look and learn from them."

Hamas' Abu Abdullah argued a withdrawal from Iraq would "convince those among the Palestinians who still have doubts in the efficiency of the resistance."

"The victory of the resistance in Iraq would prove once more that when the will and the faith are applied victory is not only a slogan. We saw that in Lebanon (during Israel's confrontation against Hezbollah there in July and August); we saw it in Gaza (after Israel withdrew from the territory last summer) and we will see it everywhere there is occupation," Abdullah said.

While the terror leaders each independently urged American citizens to vote for Democratic candidates, not all believed the Democrats would actually carry out a withdrawal from Iraq.

Saadi stated, "Unfortunately I think those who are speaking about a withdrawal will not do so when they are in power and these promises will remain electoral slogans. It is not enough to withdraw from Iraq. They must withdraw from Afghanistan and from every Arab and Muslim land they occupy or have bases."

He called both Democrats and Republicans "agents of the Zionist lobby in the U.S."

Abu Abdullah commented once Democrats are in power "the question is whether such a courageous leadership can [withdraw]. I am afraid that even after the American people will elect those who promise to leave Iraq, the U.S. will not do so. I tell the American people vote for withdrawal. Abandon Israel if you want to save America. Now will this Happen? I do not believe it."

Still Jihad Jaara said the alternative is better than Bush's party.

It is the intent and purpose of the socialists/dems in congress to destroy america as we know it. If they are not stopped our constitution will be destroyed and our freedom and money will be stolen from us.

Stop communists in congress before they destroy america.

What's America? Oh I think I read about it, it was that country that was known as the home of the free until the soviets sent in there propaganda in the late 1940's.

Sorry to break it to you, but you are living in the USSA, not the USA.

Fortunately, that nightmare has not actually come to pass nearly as much as Pelosi and her commie hopefuls would like to think, but we are well on our way.

Everytime somebody tells me Kerry should have been Presdident in 2004, I wonder, do they even care that Osama bin Laden was on their side rooting for them?

I am SO GLAD that there are other people reading WND it makes me feel considerably safer at night...as they said, the Democrats would rather Bush lose the war and we all die than he wins and saves his reputation.

So, will America survive? I certainly hope so, there isn't another place I'd consider living in, except perhaps Israel. I personally think that America is really more conservative than not and people just thought that others would vote, and thus the conservatives lost. If I'm right, they won't make this mistake again and we won't lose the White House in 2008.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I still can't help but wonder...

Nope, after the Democrats take control of the majority of the offices, the first thing they are going to do is a HUGE tax hike

and the American people will get sooo mad

then there will be a Republican uprising and as soon as more elections come, the dems will be outta there

I don't feel we have survived under a republican majority rule the past 6 years.

Are our ports and borders any better secured today thanks to Bush's programs? No.

Are we less at risk for sneak attacks thank to Bush's suspension of the Bill of Rights here at home to 'support' his efforts? Oh, hell no!

Will the people abroad who hate us that much be stopped by anything we do today in Iraq? Don't think so.

So why ask about the next administration when you should be demanding more of the current one.

should we leave our people in iraq to serve as targets, and recruiting tools for the jihad. maybe we should pull our troops out and let iraq take over its own security. we might even use the soldiers and money we save to make our own country secure. iraq was a mistake we were led into by our corupt republican leadership, no links to 9/11, and no WMD.

who is Islamic Jihad Saadi? I've never even heard of them/him?

I've heard of Hamas and Hezbollah, but it's been since like 82 since they attacked us...

how exactly would America not survive... and what exactly is the relevance of what you posted... and why do Republicans want to base foreign policy off of what "terrorists" say?

you do know... they may be "playing politics" too

America will, but the economy won't. The boom of the 1990's was thanks to Newt and a Republican congress, with a Dem in the Whote House and a Dem congress you won't get that kind of success again.

What exactly is your point? President Bush is keeping America safe? If it is, it's only because we've been lucky. When anyone can just walk across our southern border, don't talk to me about keeping America safe.
