Yes Jeff Hardy can win the match. Any one of the 8 in the match can.
No he will not. Either Edge or somebody who has a personal issue with him will win, so that eliminates Jeff from consideration (as well as C.M. Punk, King Booker, Finlay, and Kennedy).
I would most like to see Matt Hardy win because (A) his issue with Edge is more personal than just about any issue in recent sports entertainment memory and (B) anyone other than Edge winning would ensure that Undertaker's WrestleMania streak will forever be the most revered streak in all of sports entertainment (even more so than Hogan's 4-year title reign).
If Matt doesn't win, then I would want to see Edge win because of his current unbeaten streak, and it could potentially set up a match in 2008 between Edge and Undertaker.
Randy Orton is the only other superstar I see winning, based on what I said earlier.

Jeff might not win, but I can asure that he will do the high flying stuff that he is famous for (such as the Swanton Bomb off the ladder at Wrestlemania 2000 for example)
I want CM Punk to win because he deserves a title shot, but Edge will probably win due to his 5-0 Winning Streak

no and no. Jeff Hardy can not win it because he does not pose a credible threat to a champ. Plus they went with the high flyer with Rey as champ and it was horrible. Mr Kennedy will win and get a huge push

he technically can, he has more experience in ladder matches, than everyone else, except maybe Matt, but Jeff has had a wwe hiatus and he should win money in the bank...

It's possible, but I'm sure Edge will cause of his streak, I'm pulling for Orton, Jeff, or Kennedy though.
