This is how I feel about PCOS. I was told that I have PCOS because I have irregular cycles. My Dr. wanted to put me on metformin so I tried it for a day. I was soooo sick, I said forget it Dr.'s do not know EVERYTHING. I threw the bottle away and went on with my life. Thing is, I was already pregnant. I'm the third person out of the people I know with PCOS who is pregnant and everything in the pregnancy is going fine. Keep your head up and don't let everything go to your head!!!!

19 day cycles are short. You need to have a long enough Luteal Phase or DPO (days past ovulation) for the egg to implant after fertilization. For most women it is 14 days and shoulden't be much more or less than that. I suggest you talk to your doctor about using some type of progesterone to legthen your luteal phase. I would also suggest charting to determine if you are actually ovulating. Good luck in your TTC journey!
