I never experienced this with my daughter. Now I am pregnant with no 2 and while I am here sitting I am experiencing some painful movements from my baby. It feels as if whatever he is moving is going to just come out of my stomach. It hurts so bad and he's doing it a lot. He's never done this before and I'm worried. Could there be something wrong? I'm 30 weeks and I know it's his movements because I can see it through my stomach. What do I do and is it normal to hurt?

My baby hurts me with movements too! They are so rough and forceful and just... Ouch! alot of the time! lol.

Perhaps this baby is bigger than your daughter and thats why the movements seem more painful this time around. I told my doc that the baby movements cause pain for me.. she laughed and said there is nothing that can be done! (isn't she lovely?! lol). And yeah i get pain in my ribs when baby kicks them, and in the centre of my stomach near my belly button - you can even see the little foot jabbing my stomach... my child is a sadist... and if i push back (gently) baby just gets rougher! lol.

So i'd say its normal but if you are really worried see your doc just to put your mind at ease :)

I am 33 weeks and my boy moved so big it hurt me the other day. I dont have daily pains like that though. My tummy raised about 3-4 inches in the middle towards my sturnum. I cried out it hurt so bad. But, it was just one movement. I am not sure what ur feeling, but I think I would definately have it checked out since its more than just occasionally.
My muscles get sore when he moves alot, but not anything more than I can handle. I think u need to have it checked out just in case.
Good luck to u and congrats.

Mine does that too. I swear it feels like she's trying to claw her way out through my belly button. There's nothing wrong, it's just getting so tight in there that it hurts when he moves around. The only thing that helps me is avoiding anything with caffeine or sugar - because that only makes it worse!

Thats just it. He's moving around more and running out of room. This baby could also be much bigger than your first and need more room. Its most likely just him hitting random parts of your insides and yes that does hurt.

Sometimes is normal for fetal movements to be painful but sometimes it isn't. I wouldn't take the chance. if you are worried go see your doctor asap.
