actually stimulation isn't your problem. you need to make sure she keeps hydrated with all that running around. we keep ours in the ball for 25-30 minutes, put her in her cage to get water, and then put her back in the ball if we want to.

I seem to remember you can leave them in there for about an hour a day. But maybe not all at once. But they do roll into doors, I think that thing is hard to control, lol. Plus their vision is obscured. I'm sure she'll be fine.

30 min isnt badd my old hamsterrr was in there for 1 hr .. fell asleep =] LOL.
then i put her back in her cage!!
then.. agian.. my wasnt running into doors lol!

as long as she isn't startving or thirsty she should be fine. she spends most of her life locked up in a cage, so being out is a thrill.
