Go up to him and flirt with him and be yourself...unless you're kinda corky..then try to be smooth and non nervous. Oh and the day you talk to him....dress sexy and dont wear too much make-up but maybe a lil eyeliner and some fun colored lipgloss like pink or something shiney

Be yourself! try talking to him. if you two have any mutual friends, maybe try talking to them to get to know him alittle better, then just start a conversation about something he likes. for instance, if hes into sports, ask him about it. talk about movies, or music is a good one. just relax and talk to him. he is only worth it if he ends up liking the real you. he will respect you a lot more for being real, and not trying to impress him. just be yourself, let him get to know you!

well.. do u know him? if not it might be hard but if u do then u need to see if he at least likes u.. like as a friend. then well... hmm i gess just like wear really nice clothing and show that u know he's there try talking to him ( but dont over do it.. if u find he's kinda ignoring u .. then it probably wont work).

well go up to him and casual iontroduce yourself and act cool and nice and then say a catchy line like "i hope we can talk again soon" or "i hope i can see you again sometime" and walk away. and after a few days if you see him around go near that location so he can see you and ask him over or something.
