I will do the best I can, and try to interpret what you mean and rephrase it so it means the same thing.

1. I feel sorry for her because of her difficult job and her not being healthy.

2. By the time I woke up, I had slept nine hours.

3. Since I last saw him, he hasn't called me.

4. My nephew likes cars, so I bought him a model car for his tenth birthday.
Note: Commas (or semicolons, in some cases) always go before a conjunction when the conjunction separates two clauses (two complete thoughts.) "So" is a conjunction...think FANBOYS, which stands for: for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so.

5. I have so old a dictionary that a lot of definitions in it are out-of-date.

6. So few students signed up that the class was canceled.

7. Neither my grandmother nor my grandfather were born here.
Note: Neither always goes with nor and either always goes with or. It's just like how both always goes with and.

I hope this has helped you. :)
