Most of the duty free shops I have been to are either past the security check point - the few that are not you will have to provide a copy of your ticket or itinerary for you to purchase any duty free items - so answer is no - you will not be able to

If you need to visit Dubai duty free for buying liquors, the answer is NO. Because the duty free shop is located in departure lounge after the immigration and customs point. Only the passengers can go through there. Although there are duty free outlets located in the arrival lounge, but I observed that they are not selling liquor.

I hope the above information will help you.

Cheers.

Sorry you cant ! The duty free is on the ground level of your departure gates this means unless you are a passenger flying out of Dubai or flying to Dubai you cannot be allowed to get to the DDF.
