How do i get permission to use copyright Music? I'm gonna make a Short Film, about Dancing and I may need 2 do a Mix using songs, so how do i contact these ppl to get permission to use their songs on my film or how do I know what songs are copyright ot not?

ASCAP takes forever. Try going online to The Harry Fox Agency. You will need to register, but they have virtually every mechanical or other type of licensing you will need. You pay the royalty fee online to them and they take care of the rest. Awesome company to work with.

First all tune is copyrighted until certain. To get a permission you must touch the landlord of the tune. Once you acquired there adequate you then have got to positioned it sooner or later of your video.
