i don't think he's an idiot...I think if I landed on that island and could suddenly walk again, I wouldn't want to leave either....not to mention they don't have to deal with money problems, cars, houses, taxes, etc. And there is always an amazing source of new, hot people to talk to and become friends with...and the food just falls out of the sky! I would love to be stranded with my sweet, sweet Syed!!!! LOL

I do think he is an idiot, I know I wouldn't want to be stranded on an island that long. If you think about it, Locke has always had a "connection" with the island.

I think selfish more than an idiot. I mean if wants to stay there, fine, but why ruin it for everyone who wants to get off???
