What are we trying to accomplish in Iraq?

Peace? What would be the point? To end the suffering of people? But aren't there people still suffering through out the world? What's the point?

This is the question that is tearing our country apart. If we could get a straight answer perhaps we might have a little more faith in our president. I've yet to see or hear a clear objective of this war.
