The answer to your question, my friend, is alcohol dehydrogenase. This enzyme aids in the breakdown of alcohol in the body. It is scientifically proven that there is differences in the amounts of this enzyme compared to race/ethnicity. Caucasians produce the most alcohol dehydrogenase, while blacks produce less, Asians produde even less, and so on. In fact, people of American Indian decent produce no alcohol dehydrogenase, so they take significantly more time to rid their bodies of alcohol than any other ethnicity.

My boyfriend is Chicano (mexican-American) he tells me they are used to drinking at an early age because most parents don't care in Mexico if their children drink at 9 or 10.
Being drunk at work isn't a big deal for them.

Liar, it would be 'mucha cervesa' and even that would mean 'a lot of beer'...which wouldn't make sense...what are you giving them beer as soon as they come in and they think it is too much? You, just like many others, are jotting down false experiences you have never gone through but could support your racism. If you are going to talk about stereotypes, why don't you talk about how hardworking we are? Either way, you make yourself seem not exactly smart by giving people that are working for you beer. Like I said, liar.

I don't like to stereotype, but I know what you're saying. My neighborhood is predominantly Mexicans and boy do they like to drink! On the weekends I can always count on a fight to break out, or some idiot to pass out in the courtyard. And there's almost always beer bottles littering the hallways.

I don't know you would think that after all of that practice they would of at least perfected it by now. As I am writing this there are 8 Mexicans on the corner drinking Bud Light.
