My dog recently had puppies (12-18-06), and I don't know what to do. They are hard-headed, but I love them alot. Just today, my 3 year old niece pulled on her ears and kicked her, and the girl pup nipped her. She went on crying for 30 whole minutes, but the dog hadn't left any mark at all. Now, my parents want me to give them away. It wouldn't be so hard if I hadn't raised them since birth...Is there any possible suggestion besides giving them away? They're chewing things up too, and it's getting hard to potty train them since I'm at school all day. I have created a very strong bond with them, and I really DON'T want to have to give them away...

this is what you should do clean up after them and take the best care as possible for them.ask your parents verry nicley if you could keep one or two. Be very nice and please your parents. mybe they will see how much you care then let you keep some.also if you sell the others you can use that money to get puppy lessons at petco or pay the vets bill for your puppies shots.

ok I breed puppies and they a rotties and they are bad, I hate to tell you this but puppies are bad and they do chew I have had 7 at a time and they are alot of responability, you need to be fair to the puppies, and choice one as your favorite and give the other ones to someone else a puppy needs your attention. they need a lot of love and care so let someone else have the joy you have with a free puppy, that way you can love and care for your baby get it chew toys a sleeping pen play with him and train him to use the potty out side. I a sorry but i believe you should have one and give the rest away.

yeah, teach your niece to be nice to animals. the pup didn't hurt her, she just scared her, & if your neice had known to treat animals kindly, this whole incident wouldn't have happened. even young children can understand "pet the puppy gently, you don't want to hurt it".

your whole family needs to express to your niece to treat other beings kindly.

I think you should keep the pups if you want to.

well maybe if you made them a little house outside that would clear up the chewing things up problem. hope it helps.
